•Designed and delivered “Maintenance Planner & Schedule” training for several clients.
•Developed and implemented: many plant turnaround execution processes; storage tanks turnaround processes, and QA/QC programs.
•Centralized Planning and Scheduling groups.
•Mitigated corrosion on US Navy nuclear submarines and for several other clients.
•Developed and implemented several Quality Assurance programs.
•Redesigned plant start-up safety review processes.
•Enhanced planning, estimating and scheduling processes.
•Assessed, recommended and implemented major enhancements that turnaround failing performances.
•Conducted a maintenance process gap assessment and developed a gap closure plan.
